I requested an item and the status is “in process by lender” or “Request sent to partner”. What does that mean?
Answer
It means we do not have the item yet. Depending on the lender, we may not get any updates on the progress of the item until it arrives.
If it has been more than 48 hours for scans or 7 days for print loans, you can contact ill@bgsu.edu to see if there are any updates or alternative methods of obtaining the item.
