Can I use Google Scholar to access library subscriptions?

Yes! You can use Google Scholar to connect to materials provided through the BGSU Libraries.
To make sure you can see links to the full text of articles we subscribe to, connect your Google Scholar account to BGSU Libraries.
If you are on campus you may already be connected automatically.
If you are off campus, follow these steps:

Go to Google Scholar

Open the menu (you might find it at the top left of the page as three horizontal lines).

Select Settings.

Choose Library Links.

In the search box, type Bowling Green.

When you see Bowling Green State University – FindIt! at BGSU, check the box next to it.

Select Save.
That’s it — you’re connected! You’ll now see “FindIt!@BGSU” links next to articles that are available through the library.
