I am getting an EzProxy error when I try to access an article

Answer

There are a few reasons this might be happening, and here's what you can do to resolve the issues:

-VPN needs to be turned off for our off-campus EzProxy access to function properly.  If you have VPN on, please disconnect it.

-Errors from old cookies and cache data saved in your browser settings.  Please clear your browser cookies and cache.

To clear cookies and cache using a keyboard command in most web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows or Command + Shift + Delete on a Mac to open the

"Clear browsing data" window. Then, select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" from the available options and click "Clear data" to complete the action.
