I am getting an EzProxy error when I try to access an article

There are a few reasons this might be happening, and here's what you can do to resolve the issues:
- VPN needs to be turned off for our off-campus EzProxy access to function properly. If you have VPN on, please disconnect it.
- Errors from old cookies and cache data saved in your browser settings. Please clear your browser cookies and cache.
- To clear cookies and cache using a keyboard command in most web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows or Command + Shift + Delete on a Mac to open the "Clear browsing data" window.
- Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" from the available options and click "Clear data" to complete the action.
