How can I request to pick up an item from another OhioLINK library?

Answer

For some physical items you can select the OhioLink institution you want to pick the item up from when you request it. The default pickup location is Jerome Library. Once you select a pickup location, other than Jerome Library, you will get a message that reads, "If you would like to select pickup at another institution, then please use the "Refine Offer" button below to verify the offer is valid for this pickup location.".

If the item is unavailable to be picked up from the institution you've selected, there will be a message on the right-hand side that reads, "Could not find an offer with the specified pickup location. Choose your home institution as pickup location to restore the original offer". 

If the option to have the item delivered is not available for your chosen institution, you can have it delivered to Jerome Library, and then mailed to you.

  1. This only applies if someone WANTS to go to another library to quickly pick up an item. They can still request it to be sent to BGSU.
