My print job didn't send to the printer

If a print job doesn't appear at the printer after being sent from a Mac, it might be due to an incorrect username on the print job. Follow these steps: 

  1. Open the Print Center icon on the Mac application toolbar. 

  1. Check if the job status says “Waiting for authorization.” 

  1. If it does, click the tiny pause icon next to the print job to open the authentication screen. 

  1. In the authentication screen, the user can update their username.
